HUZHOU SUNYOUNG METAL MATERIAL is a joint venture of strong stainless steel welded & seamless manufacture and aluminium awning manufacture. The stainless steel factory located in LinHu Town industrial Park,HuZhou City.150KMS from Shanghai and 180KMs from Ningbo. Our stainless steel advantage products are large size stainless steel welded pipes and high nickel content stainless steel seamless pipes . There are 245 workers, 2 senior engineers, 10 technicians, 5physical testers, 12 gagers and surveyors and 5 ISO quality registers working in our stainless steel factory.our stainless steel factory has just begun to import four Germany production process lines of plasma welding and 6 production lines of plasma welding on line; we can produce various specifications of stainlesssteel welded pipe.Also have 8 sets of 10-1000T cold drawn machines, 11 sets of Cold Rolling Machines, 1 sets of continuous roller heat treatment furnaces to produce stainless steel seamless pipes
Our aluminum factory located in Zhudun Industrial Zone ,Huzhou City,150KMs from Shanghai and 180kms from Ningbo. Our advantage products are aluminum awning products and awning parts. There are more than 100 employees in the factory. We now have 10 aluminum extrusion lines from 300ton-1800ton, 2 automatic powder coating lines. Sale value oversea was more than $ 2 million last year. Main customers are from Europe, Mid-east, Australia and South America. During the last 13 years in awning manufacture, we accumulate experience and now we have over 20 types of awning and sun shading products, also we have development department to do custom made according to all your requirements.
